Beet Gazpacho

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked beets, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon jalapeno, chopped
1 medium Persian cucumber, chopped
2 cups tomato juice
juice of 1/2 a lime
pinch of salt
