1 ripe banana, mashed
1 large egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in increments of 3, mixing just until smooth. Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
Bake 22-25 minutes, until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Once banana bread has cooled, slice into squares.
