A simple, delicious, and healthier icing that can be used on cakes, cookies, and even as a delicious fall-inspired dip for fruit!
(yield: 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
1 TBSP brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp gingerbread spice
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Keep chilled until using.
