An exotic melody of flavors, crunch, and cool. This nutrient-rich treat may just make you feel like you’re taking a stroll through an enchanted rain forest.
yield: 4 servings
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons dried hibiscus, coarsely ground (you can use a mortar and pestle or a heavy pan to grind)
2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
1/2 Tablespoon honey
Spread yogurt onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan using a spatula or back or a spoon.
Sprinkle all over with hibiscus and cacao nibs. Drizzle with honey.
Freeze for at least 1 hour. Break into 2 inch pieces and transfer to a ziplock bag or airtight container. *Store in freezer.
