1 cup peanut butter
1 medium banana, mashed
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Freeze mixture for 15 minutes.
Once cooled and hardened, roll heaping tablespoonfuls of the batter into balls. Using a fork flatten the balls slightly, creating cross-hatched marks. Refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
